All cottages are fully winterized with central heat. Summers in Montreat are usually very comfortable without air conditioning. Ceiling, floor, and table fans are in all cottages.

All cottages are smoke-free. Children of all ages are welcome and pets are permitted on a limited basis.

Blankets and pillows are provided. Please remind all members of your group to bring their own pillowcases, sheets and towels.

Every season has a magic all it's own! All Montreat properties are available for long term rental during the fall, winter and spring seasons. Additional residential rentals are available in nearby Black Mountain.
